What if I’ve never been to a retreat before?

You’re exactly who this retreat was designed for. You don’t need to know how to meditate, journal, or have any previous wellness experience. You don’t have to arrive with the right words or all the answers. Simply come as you are. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

What if I’m not comfortable sharing personal things in a group?

There is never any pressure to share more than you’re ready to. Some women process by talking. Others by listening. Others through quiet reflection. Every experience throughout the weekend is an invitation—not an expectation.

Is this a therapy retreat?

No. While meaningful conversations and personal reflection are part of the weekend, this isn’t about reliving every painful experience or unpacking your entire past. It’s about creating enough space to become curious about yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and experience new possibilities for how you want to live.

Will there be free time?

Absolutely. In fact, it’s intentional. Some of the most meaningful moments happen between the scheduled experiences—walking the grounds, journaling, sitting quietly with a cup of coffee, or having an unexpected conversation with another woman. Space isn’t empty. It’s part of the experience.

What if I come alone?

Many women will. One of the most beautiful parts of the weekend is discovering how quickly strangers become a community when everyone arrives with open hearts and a shared desire to create space for themselves. You’ll never be expected to navigate the weekend alone.

What if I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for?

You don’t have to. Most women don’t. Many simply know they want more peace. More joy. More freedom. Or they just know they want life to feel different than it does today. That’s enough. You don’t need to have the answers before you arrive.

I’m not sure this is the right season.

There rarely comes a season when life suddenly asks less of us. Many women arrive believing they’ll create space for themselves “when things calm down.” If you’re feeling drawn to this experience, I encourage you to get curious about that feeling. Sometimes creating space isn’t what happens after life settles. Sometimes it’s what allows us to return to life differently.

What if I’m afraid of what I might discover about myself?

I think this is one of the biggest questions women carry. This retreat isn’t about searching for everything that’s broken. It’s about creating enough safety to notice what’s true. Sometimes that looks like clarity. Sometimes it looks like laughter. Sometimes it looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like letting go of something you’ve been carrying for years. Whatever unfolds, you’ll be surrounded by compassionate guides and women who understand that every journey looks different. Nothing is forced. Healing doesn’t have to feel like a hurricane.

Why a retreat instead of simply taking a vacation?

Vacations help us rest. This retreat offers something different. It creates intentional space to reconnect with yourself while being supported by experienced guides, meaningful conversations, restorative practices, and a community of women asking many of the same questions you may be asking. The goal isn’t simply to return rested. It’s to return with a greater trust in yourself and a new way of returning to your life.

She’s the Moment takes place at the beautiful Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta.

When is the retreat?

September 17–20, 2026. We’ll begin Thursday afternoon and conclude Sunday morning. A detailed Welcome Guide with arrival times and everything you’ll need will be sent after registration.

Will I have my own room?

You may choose between beautifully appointed single or shared accommodations based on your preference and availability.

We intentionally keep the retreat intimate so every woman feels seen, supported, and has space to fully experience the weekend.

Do I need to participate in every activity?

No. Everything throughout the weekend is an invitation. You’re encouraged to honor your body, your energy, and what you need in the moment. Sometimes participating means joining the group. Sometimes it means taking a quiet walk. Both are welcome.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans because we want women to be able to plan ahead and invest in themselves in a way that feels manageable.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Because accommodations, meals, and our guides are reserved well in advance, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, we’ll do our best to transfer your registration to a future retreat if space is available. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance if you’re traveling from out of town.

What should I pack?

We’ll send a detailed Welcome Guide a few weeks before the retreat with everything you’ll need. Think comfortable clothing, layers, walking shoes, and anything that helps you feel at ease. Come comfortably. Come with an open heart.

Your investment does not include: airfare or transportation to Atlanta; airport transfers; optional spa services or personal purchases; and travel insurance (recommended for guests traveling from out of town).
